I had an awesome experience recently at The Pool House. Between Lauren & Holly’s help I was able to get my pool sparking! My husband usually does it all but recently I’ve had to take on a few of his chores. Being a bit intimidated but also determined, I went to the Pool House for help. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend them! Hats off to the women of The Pool House! They rock! I wish I had a before photo to add but you’ll see it’s nice and clear!

The team at pool house is awesome. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need or rob you with prices. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to give you advice and help whenever you need. I just used them to close my pool and they walked me through it from start to finish and also advised me on what we will need whenever we decide to open the pool. They steered me in the right direction with balancing my pool all year and again NEVER looked to sell me something I did not need. When they installed my pool cover they cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. I will use them from now till I don’t have a pool anymore for both chemical maintenance and closing/opening my pool

This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST pool store in upstate SC! You can't beat their selection, prices, or top-notch customer service. I've visited this store several times over the past summer, and Lauren (and the other store employees!) have always been extremely helpful, patient, kind, and informative. I always leave this store knowing more about pool maintenance than when I walked in, and they always have the exact supplies or services I need to keep our pool in great shape. I've never had a single bad experience at this store -- they simply know how to do it right here. I will continue to come back to this store and highly recommend them to everyone else in the area. You're missing out if you're buying your supplies online or going anywhere else for your equipment or even just pool advice. They're a true gem for the upstate SC pool community! Meet The Pool House Team - Lauren, Scott, & Nathan
The Pool House is a family owned and operated retail swimming pool store that is located in the small town of Inman, South Carolina. Scott Fowler opened The Pool House in 2006 featuring above ground pools, inground pools, spas, chemicals, pool supplies, parts and outdoor living items. Nowadays, Scott works alongside his son and daughter; Nathan Fowler and Lauren Batson. Nathan has been with The Pool House since 2019. He is a retail sales manager and you can find him doing anything from water testing, educating customers, to working on robotic pool cleaners. Lauren is a retail sales manager that has been with The Pool House since 2020. You can find her doing anything from working with customers on the showroom floor to managing our social media accounts. We can handle all your pool needs from sales, installation and servicing.
